Michael is Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of National Life Group. He joined National Life in 2008 as a recruiter in the People Center. In May 2021, he was appointed Vice President and Chief People Officer and has recently been appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. In between he held a variety of positions within the People Center, most recently leading National Life’s team of business partners. As Chief People Officer, Michael oversees all people-related functions, including organizational learning and development, talent acquisition and retention, and the company-wide culture initiatives. Before joining National Life Michael held leadership roles in several New England based companies, with a focus in sales, operations and human resources.
